Professional terms for using LUMINA as a creative generation platform.
Platform Role
LUMINA is a creative software platform that provides access to generation workflows, model routing, credit management, storage, and project organization. LUMINA does not act as a publisher, legal reviewer, rights-clearance provider, brand safety auditor, or professional advisor for user content.
Your Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your prompts, uploads, references, instructions, generated outputs, edits, exports, publications, campaigns, and downstream use. You must ensure that your use complies with applicable law, third-party terms, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, consent obligations, advertising rules, and industry requirements.
Rights and Permissions
Do not upload or generate material involving copyrighted works, trademarks, private information, likenesses, voices, confidential material, or restricted content unless you have all required rights and permissions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use and for obtaining any necessary approvals, licenses, releases, or clearances.
Outputs and No Warranty
AI outputs may be inaccurate, similar to existing material, unsuitable for a particular purpose, or subject to third-party restrictions. LUMINA provides the service and outputs on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of originality, legality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
Credits, Providers, and Availability
Credits may be consumed by generation attempts, previews, reroutes, upscales, exports, and provider calls. Model availability, speed, moderation behavior, output quality, and pricing may change because providers, infrastructure, and demand can change. LUMINA may modify, suspend, or limit features to protect the platform or comply with requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUMINA is not liable for user content, third-party claims arising from your inputs or outputs, business losses, reputational harm, publication decisions, campaign performance, rights disputes, platform interruptions, provider behavior, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold LUMINA harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your use of outputs, your violation of these terms, your violation of law, or your infringement or alleged infringement of third-party rights.
